1. Services we provide

AnyUniver may provide student profile review, university matching, document checklists, application preparation, application submission support, university follow-up, admission letter coordination, embassy form support, and guidance on required documents after admission.

2. Agency compensation and student fees

For partner universities where AnyUniver has an active contract, authorization, verified-agency status, or recruitment relationship, our main agency compensation is generally paid by the university. In those cases, we do not charge the student a separate placement commission for bringing the student to that partner university unless a separate written quote says otherwise.

Students may still need to pay actual costs and small work-based service fees when extra work is required. Examples include printing papers, scanning, form preparation, document packaging, courier or DHL sending, translation coordination, notarization coordination, appointment support, and similar practical tasks. These costs are separate from university-paid agency compensation and should be explained before the work is done where practical.

3. Official and third-party costs

Students remain responsible for official university fees, application fees, deposits, tuition, housing, insurance, exam fees, translation, notarization, embassy or visa charges, courier charges, travel, and any other third-party costs required for the chosen route.

4. Application review

After a student applies through the website form, we review the application details, academic profile, target major, budget, language level, and documents. We may recommend a different university or route if the selected option is not realistic.

5. Applying on behalf of students

When the student authorizes us and provides the required documents, we may prepare and submit applications on the student's behalf or support the student while they submit. The student must provide truthful, complete, and valid documents.

6. Admission route and guarantees

AnyUniver works to place students into realistic admission routes through partner universities and available conditional-offer pathways. Final admission decisions are made by the university. Any guarantee must be written, specific to the university or route, and subject to the student providing accurate documents, meeting stated requirements, paying required official costs, and following deadlines.

7. Embassy and visa support

After admission, we can help organize required university papers, embassy forms, document checklists, courier needs, and appointment preparation. Embassies, consulates, and visa centers make final visa decisions, and AnyUniver cannot control those decisions.

8. Refunds and incurred costs

Pass-through costs such as courier, DHL, printing, translation, notarization, application fees, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable once paid or once work has started. Any service fee refund depends on the written quote, the work already completed, and applicable law.

9. Student responsibilities

The student must respond on time, provide accurate documents, disclose previous refusals or academic issues, pay official fees when due, attend appointments, and follow university or embassy instructions. Delays or false information may cause refusal, cancellation, or missed deadlines.
